Refund Policy

At Press and Play Inc., we strive to provide the highest quality marketing services. We understand that sometimes our services may not meet your expectations. To address this, we offer a 15-day return policy, subject to the following terms:

1. Return Window: Customers may request a return within 15 days from the date of service delivery or project completion.

2. Service Fee: A non-refundable service fee of 20% of the total project cost will be retained to cover administrative expenses and banking charges.

3. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, you must provide a written explanation detailing why the services did not meet your expectations.

4. Refund Process: Upon approval of your return request, we will process the refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Refund Amount: The refund will be 80% of the total project cost, after deducting the 20% non-refundable service fee.

6. Non-Refundable Items: Certain services, such as domain registrations or third-party software licenses, may not be eligible for refunds.

7. Cancellation of Future Services: Requesting a return will result in the cancellation of any ongoing or scheduled services related to the project.

8. Final Decision: Press and Play Inc. reserves the right to make the final decision on all return requests.
