Custom services. Tier 3.

When a fixed price would be dishonest, we quote.

Six services I sell but don't publish a price for. The honest version of "fixed prices, published" is that some jobs genuinely can't be pre-priced. These are those jobs. Book a 15-minute call. I'll quote in writing within 24 hours.

The six

Paid ads

Paid acquisition

Meta, Google, TikTok. Campaign setup, creative, weekly reporting, monthly optimization.

Budgets range $300 to $30,000 a month. Creative needs vary. Reporting cadence varies. One price across that spread would either overcharge the small jobs or break on the big ones.

Ecommerce

Online stores

Product catalog, checkout, inventory, shipping rules, tax. Shopify, WooCommerce, Squarespace, or custom.

Different platforms are different worlds. A 12-SKU Shopify store and a 2,000-SKU custom build are not the same job and shouldn't share a price.

Booking

Booking and appointments

Calendar sync, payment-at-booking, no-show automation, staff scheduling, customer reminders.

A Calendly embed is $50 of work. A custom appointment platform with payments and staff routing is $5,000. The honest answer depends on which one you need.

CRM

CRM setup and migration

Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Airtable, or custom. Pipeline structure, data import, automation rules, team training.

Every CRM has its own setup cost and learning curve. The job is shaped by your current data, your team size, and which tool fits.

Video

Video and photo shoots

On-location video for your business, restaurant, salon, or trade. Storyboard, shoot, edit, deliver.

Gear, travel, talent, and edit time are all variable. A one-hour shoot in Toronto and a half-day shoot in Hamilton with two cuts aren't comparable.

Redesigns

Full website redesigns

Existing site, migrate content, restructure, rebrand, relaunch on the same or a new platform.

Migrations are shaped by what you already have. Number of pages, content volume, technical debt, redirects, SEO carry-over. Pre-pricing without seeing the site means guessing.

Why by quote, not "off the menu"

I sell these. I just don't pre-price them.

Tier 1 (the launch) and Tier 2 (the upsells in your quiz result) are productized for a reason: they hold across 80% of variants. The six services on this page do not. Publishing one price for them would either overcharge the simple version or undercharge the complex one. Neither sits well with commitment #2.

The 15-minute call is real, not a sales funnel.

You describe what you actually need. I tell you whether it's a fit, what it would cost, and what the timeline looks like. If we're not a fit, I tell you who is. Either way, you leave with a number in writing.
